At 100xCareer, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with our program, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds can be requested within 7 business days from the date of enrollment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the approval of your request.
2. Exceptional Cases
- After 7 days, refunds will only be provided under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, at our sole discretion.
- Users must provide valid documentation to support their refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- If significant course content has been accessed or completed.
- If the refund request is due to personal preferences rather than service issues.
- If the request is made after 7 days without a valid reason.
